Special Scrambled Eggs

Prep time - 5 minutes
Cook time - 10 minutes
Serves - 2
Difficulty - Easy


4 eggs
1 tablespoon of The Butterworks Softer Butter
Salt and pepper
1 tablespoon Creme fraƮche
Chopped spring onions


Heat a saucepan on medium to high heat for 2 minutes

Add the butter to the saucepan once hot and then crack the eggs into it to follow

Keep stirring constantly whilst taking the pan on and off the heat

Once semi-scrambled, add the creme fraiche and put the heat back on, stir continuously

Add the salt, pepper & spring onions and stir

Leave on the heat and stir until you have the consistency you want (we like ours fluffy!)
