Lemon butter sauce

5 tablespoons of Hillfarm Spreadable Butter
1 tablespoon of fresh lemon juice
Pinch of ground black pepper
Chopped parsley to finish (optional)


Melt the butter in a small saucepan over medium heat and stir every few minutes.
After a few minutes the butter will start to change to a golden colour and caramelise. Giving it a nutty smell. Remove from the heat and pour into a small bowl.
Add the lemon juice and black pepper and mix well.
To store the product, refrigerate and use within a week.
If wanting to use it immediately, pour onto baked fish or you can use it to fry with fish.
Left overs can also be used over vegetables, with mash potato or meat!
