Garlic butter

The Butterworks Cornish Butter
1 small clove of garlic (minced)
1 tablespoon chives (chopped)
Salt (optional)
1/4 teaspoon of black pepper and parsley (chopped)


Blend together the The Butterworks Cornish Butter, chopped garlic, chives and black pepper into a bowl until fully combined.

Store in the fridge until ready to use and enjoy! The butter should keep for several days.

If cooking with steak, cook the steak until desired and serve immedietley with the garlic butter!

Can also be used for a garlic bread, frying chicken, for your baked potato or on vegetables!
