Homemade Brandy Butter

75g (3oz) softened butter

75g (3oz) icing sugar

2tbsp brandy


Make sure the butter is soft and beaten with a wooden spoon or an electric hand whisk before adding in the brandy icing sugar.

Once soft, add the brandy and icing sugar and beat together until the mix it becomes light and fluffy.

Refrigerate until you’re ready to use.

Indulge with mince pies or Christmas cake!
